Preparation
- Preheat your oven and grease six small, oven-safe containers.
- Brown and crumble the sausage in a pan and drain excess fat. Spread it on a paper towel to remove extra oil.
- Blend eggs with cottage cheese, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Place hash browns and crumbled sausage in each container, then pour the egg mix over them. Top with shredded cheese.
Baking
- Bake at 350°F for about 25 minutes until centers set and edges brown.
- Let the bowls cool before covering.
Storage
- Refrigerate up to five days. Reheat in a 275°F oven or microwave until warm.
