Pancake Bowl Base
  • 1 cup Kodiak Cakes protein pancake mix Or any other whole grain pancake mix
  • 1 cup water Adjust based on desired consistency
Toppings
  • 1/2 cup sliced fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 cup sliced bananas
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup For drizzling on top
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt For added creaminess

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Kodiak pancake mix and water, stirring until smooth.
  2. Let the batter sit for a few minutes while you prepare your toppings.
Cooking
  1. Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.
  2. Pour about half of the batter onto the skillet to form a pancake and cook until bubbles form on the surface.
  3. Flip the pancake and cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Repeat with the remaining batter.
Assembly
  1. Place the cooked pancake in a bowl, and layer with sliced strawberries and bananas.
  2. Top with dollops of Greek yogurt and a drizzle of maple syrup.
  3. Serve immediately and enjoy!
