  • 2 medium Zucchini, sliced Fresh, for fast stir-frying.
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil A neutral oil for searing.
  • 3 cloves Garlic, chopped Fresh for aromatic flavor.
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce Adds savory depth.
  • to taste Salt To enhance other flavors.
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper, freshly ground For seasoning.
  • 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes Optional for added heat.
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds Optional garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
  2. Add chopped garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant, stirring to avoid burning.
Cooking
  1. Add the boneless chicken pieces and cook for 5 to 7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  2. Toss in sliced zucchini and stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  3. Pour in the soy sauce and season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using. Stir for 1 minute to combine flavors.
Serving
  1. Transfer to plates and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.

Notes

Pat chicken dry for better browning. Use high heat to keep zucchini crisp and avoid overcrowding the skillet.
