- In a bowl, toss the chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until all pieces are evenly coated.
Cooking
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for about 6–8 minutes until golden and fully cooked, stirring occasionally.
Assembly
- Lay tortillas flat and spread a thin layer of creamy garlic sauce or mayo on each.
- Divide the cooked chicken over the tortillas and sprinkle evenly with cheddar and mozzarella. Keep filling centered for easy folding.
Grilling
- Fold tortillas into wraps and grill in the same pan for 2–3 minutes per side until cheese melts and tortillas turn golden and crisp. Cut each wrap in half and serve.
Notes
Tips for success: Cut chicken to uniform size, do not overcrowd in the pan, grill on medium-low heat, and let chicken rest briefly before filling.
